The following was again before the House: CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(3d CC) "An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief fund." Representative Kott placed a call of the House and lifted the call. 2000-02-28 House Journal Page 2343 SB 101 Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall the House adopt the 3d Conference Committee report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS SB 101(3d CC) Adopt Reconsideration YEAS: 22 NAYS: 14 EXCUSED: 4 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Bunde, Coghill, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kott, Masek, Mulder, Murkowski, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Croft, Foster, Grussendorf, Joule, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kohring, Morgan, Moses, Ogan, Sanders, Smalley Excused: Brice, Davies, Kerttula, Kookesh And so, the House adopted the 3d Conference Committee report on reconsideration, thus adopting CCS SB 101(3d CC). The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate has adopted the 3d Conference Committee report (Senate journal page 2413).
